Stage 1 selection
- Prepare long list for discussion with client
- Interview long list
- Create preliminary short list
Stage 2 selection
- Agree short list with client
- Extensive interview preparation with all short list candidates prior to client interview
- Client interviews with short list
- Psychometric assessment of relevant candidates
- Final selection process culminating in job offer
